i’m really contemplating not bringing my DVX100 to South Africa with me.

Cons:

-might not make it through customs (especially with no shooting permits)

-might not be able to film in certain locations due to confidentiality agreements

-have to look like a huge tourist with my camera backpack and would be stuck lugging my pack everywhere we go

-could get stolen from myself/my hotel room(s)

Pros:

-i’ll have my video camera
